21.11.19 Heart warming
Lovely email received at NBC HQ from longtime supporter Joanna Wilkinson of New Beginnings Day Nurseries who was incredibly moved by parents of one of her nursery children, who contacted her to say:

I hope that you are keeping well. 
With the festive season approaching, it gets harder each year buying gifts for all the lovely staff at New Beginnings. This year I have decided to make a donation to Noah’s Big Charity, which I know you are passionate about and support.

10.11.19 How Bazaar
Big thank you to Jeanette at Little Darwins Nursery, Rettendon, Chelmsford, who has been in touch to let us know that they will be donating half of the money raised to NBC from their Christmas Bazaar being held on Sunday 1st December 10am - 12:30! Incredibly thoughtful! Hope the bazaar is a big hit!

03.11.19 Trainers back on
Richard was back in his NBC vest running with Tash Eggleton this weekend representing the Charity at the Billericay 10k. Amazing support along the route from other runners! Great morning to run.

22.09.19 Tough Mudder Rinse & Repeat
Team Chicken & Rice aka longtime supporter Ryan Young (Little Adventurer Rory's dad) & chums, Alfie and Kelf took once again took on and conquered the Tough Mudder 5k in support of NBC. The lads raised £262.50. Outstanding effort and they look like pro's both before and after. Great T-shirts, great team! THANK YOU.  #TeamNoah

09.09.19 NEW Grant made
We are delighted to let everyone know that back in July we provided funds to the sum of just over £15,500.00 to fund 4 more vital pieces of equipment at Basildon University NICU. This is our 7th Grant made in just over 6 years and brings our total funding at Basildon to over £80,000.00 with 33 individual items of equipment funded. More to follow... #TeamNoah

08.09.19 CONGRATULATIONS DAVID APPLIN
We are delighted to celebrate the achievements of David Applin who for the past in July 2019 completed his 12 events in 12 months in memory of his niece Ophelia, with Ophelia's Big Adventure! David has raised almost £2,500.00 (inc GA). Below is a collage of the photos from Davis's phenomenal efforts. 07.08.19 Fit Club Support
Some time ago we approached by Helen Mayes, a fellow NICU parent who had last year spent 9 Days at Basildon University NICU. Seeing how NBC had supported the unit with equipment donations, Helen wanted to help and set up a parent a children fitness club. With the support of Eversley Sports Centre, Pitsea whom kindly donate a room FOC, Helen donates all profits from voluntary donations to NBC and we have just received £98.53. Thank you Helen, Eversley Sports Centre and all the Fit Club members, it is great to receive such local support.

25.07.19 THANK YOU Neuberger Berman
Neuberger Berman the world leading Asset Management Compnay hosted their annual Jeans for July Charity campaign at their London offices this year, and we were delighted to be nominated and chosen as the recipient for all monies raised. NB donated a total £1,320.80!!!! Just Brilliant Jeans for July that will make a tremendous difference to the units we support. Thank you one and all! 

20.06.19 Donation Partner Change
After almost 6 years unfortunately BT MyDonate whom NBC have used as their online donation service is closing at the end of June 19. As such we are moving solely to Virgin Money Giving where we already had a small presence. You'll notice our donation button at the top of the page has already changed. For anyone who kindly makes a regular donation via MyDonate this will cease as of 30th June. Unfortunately it is not possible to migrate these regular donations to Virgin directly. So if this affects you and you would like to continue your support please use the donation button at the top and follow the instructions. Thank you for all you support as ever.

15.06.19 Endure 24 
Super David Applin supporting NBC with his Ophelia's Big Adventure challenge together with friends completed the Endure 24, 24hr running event this weekend. The team completed 90 mile between them which is a phenomenal effort. This was David's penultimate event for his mammoth 12 in 12, which culminates next month in his Race to the Stones event. Absolute legend. Keep those legs moving David and thank you. #RealTeamNoah

04.06.19 Noah's Growing Area Growing Strong
When you receive a series of photos out of the blue that show how an inspirational learning garden, located at New Beginnings Day Nursery Romford, and originally dedicated to NBC pretty soon after we set up in 2013 is still growing strong. Big smiles all round at NBC HQ. We can't thank Joanna Wilkinson, family and team enough for their support since the start! #RealTeamNoah

Several months ago NBC designed & delivered friendly bedside signage & welcome box labels featuring © Noah & The Nursestronauts. Characters close to our hearts conceived 6 years ago.  With thanks to Amelia’s family for sharing her bedside board.

18.04.19 NBC Annual Golf Day 2019

Fantastic day hosted at Romford Golf Club for the 6th year in a row. Lots of familiar faces and plenty of new ones who came out to support us once again. Just under 40 golfers took to the course and helped raise over £2,000.00!!!! Phenomenal. Thank you to one and all, to the many many compnaies who supplied prizes for our raffle and especially long time friend and supporter Glen London for organising.

David Applin, what a guy. Continuing his 12 in 12 for Ophelia's Big Adventure. He and a pal completed this gruelling ultra and sun played it's part too. Well done. #TeamNoah

27.01.19 Mile-a-Thon Update
It was a pleasure to join David Applin yesterday, and the Applin clan and friends for this one. Even managed to help with a couple of loops of the circuit to add to the funds raised. Really special family looking to help others... inspiring. Plus the cakes were amazing!!! All in all the event raised £292.00 raised!

25.01.19 Mile-a-Thon
GOOD LUCK to super uncle David Applin and all those kind hearted souls who are braving the cold tomorrow, running at least a mile in sunny colchester at the Mile-a-thon to raise Money for David's year long Opheila's Big Adventure!
